Big hype, little substance
The room was minimally decorated and very clean. Though no carpet was a blessing, the air conditioning barely worked, leaving it uncomfortably warm. Breakfast options were decent with bagels and a waffle maker, but overall, the experience lacked the promised comfort. This stay was less than I expected, with some serious room for improvement.

Couple's decent getaway
The room wasnice and neat, with a fridge and coffee maker ready for some midnight snacks. I was kinda surprised by the polite staff when I checked in. It's nice to feel welcomed after a long drive.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable for the comfort we got.

It was clean, and convenient.
It's very close to the road, so it's noisy. The tack strip between the carpet and tile in the bathroom wasn't secured. I kept tripping on it - could be dangerous.

older hotel but we have stayed here numerous times. BEST DEAL for your money in that area. kids have a pool to cool off in. every year we stay, it is ALWAYS FRESHLY PAINTED from parking lot to rooms

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Upon arrival, there was dirt on the floor, counters needed a good scrub, and the bathroom had hair and mold spots that should have been dealt with before opening the door to a new guest. The breakfast options were quite limited. The orange juice tasted synthetic, and there was minimal variety, not exactly a star-studded way to kick off the day. The pool area, situated right in the parking lot next to busy streets, seemed more like an afterthought than a relaxing retreat. Some guests tend to gather noise outside at odd hours, which could disrupt your sleep. Given these issues, it feels like management could really use a refresher on guest expectations.

Room was clean and great view of mountains. The staff was also very friendly.
The room was clean but had a bad smell. We had to go and buy a can of febreeze to spray. The TV was not updated. It was an older model tube TV.

The location offered easy access to local attractions. The rooms provided essential comforts and cleanliness. Some areas could use a deep clean though, but the friendly staff was good.

Location! Friendly staff.
Bathroom toilet was dirty, which we cleaned ourselves. There was an empty beer bottle next to the bed. The noise from the road was crazy loud. But the location was close to where we were going. We've stayed at lots of days inns. This one could use an upgrade of their breakfast and cleaning standards.

It's close to near-by white water rafting outposts so it was only a short drive to get there from the motel in the morning.
Very thing walls. One could hear everything across them. Even the remote control in an adjacent room turned on my TV (so my neighbours were in control of my TV). I stayed in a room where the window is facing a row of coolers. So no window view, plus those coolers were super noisy. Last but not least, the guest bathroom is right next to the breakfast buffet. The door was let open and those toilets were super disgusting. Bon appetit.

Close to the event we came for. The clerk John was very friendly and helpful.
Street noise. The middle rooms smelled of the restaurant below. There was no exercise room.

The owner and family very nice and helpful. Very honest and made sure a family member's credit card was returned.
The hotel is in need of a professional overhaul and updating. The rooms had a stale smell, but the linens and bathroom were spotless.
